 Frankenstein’s creation is innominate, its humanity denied, only ever called by insulting epithets and brutish adjectives. This book lists all those words, and then reinforces the mood by showing the proportions of words of colour, only sparsely used for description in Frankenstein. The closed book maintains the codex format but when open several of the pages can be seen at once making it suitable for shelf or cabinet display.              Screen and digital printing, with slip-case.
